Flaxseed is an excellent source of Omega fatty acids. Widely known for preventing thinning and hair loss, flaxseed, along with other natural ingredients and carrier oils, including avocado and coconut, helps improve overall hair health. It's an excellent therapy for all hair types and textures, gentle enough for daily use, and for protective styling.

Directions: Thoroughly wet hair, then apply a small amount of Co-wash Cleanser and gently massage into hair and scalp. Do not vigorously wash with shampoo. For thicker textures that are prone to tangling, starting at the roots, gently comb hair with fingers, all the way to the ends, carefully removing tangles. Rinse thoroughly, then repeat to ensure hair and scalp are clean and impurities are washed away. To achieve best results, gently remove excess water from hair.
